Why we need you to complete this form:

1. Your pledge is first and foremost intended to presence you to your powerful commitment to be a green role model to your child(ren).

2. Data from pledges will assist GPA to impact positive environmental changes on both a local and national level. We will use it to influence legislators, policy makers, educational institutions, and businesses.
*Personal information regarding alliance names and addresses will never be shared.

3. We are in the process of filing for Non-for-Profit status. Once we have received this we will be eligiable for funding. Pledge forms provide vital information required by insitutions and organizations awarding grants.

*	I understand that GPA depends on participants' feedback to be an effective program. I will therefore respond promptly to all inquiries GPA sends me that have to do with my participation in the program.
