Home Action is a fun way to discover what little things you can do in your own home to lower your impact on the environment while demonstrating to your child(ren) the importance of family environmental responsibility.

 

 

How does Home Action work?

1. Members check off on the Pledge Form that you are committing to do Home Action.

2. We provide you with our Home Action Guide, an electronic manual filled with simple green actions for you to do at home. It is an excellent resource material to support and educate you and your family. After reading through the guide you choose (with your children) several green actions to start doing in your house. Do at least three!

3. Once you know what actions you are choosing from our guide we request that JUST ONE TIME  you complete the Home Action Record Sheet found on this website. It is really helpful to us that you fill in this form as measuring the collective green action of every GPA participant is essential for meeting our goal to create a national movement of environmental families. Thank you for suppoting our vision!

What if you are already doing many of our Home Actions?

Fantastic! Still sign up and be sure to check off what you have been doing and what new items you want to begin. Remember if for example you are already regularly eating organic food, you can probably eat more!
